I am a web designer and programmer working as a freelancer and vDezign (vDesign was taken :} ) is my portfolio website. I've always been interested in technology and my first web applications was a simple form, a few years ago. I knew nothing about server side scripting and had only some HTML and CSS experience back then, so my first thought was that it should be easy to read a simple form and then display the field contents. After some web search I found out that I have to use a web server, write some server side code and then run my application using that server. All the sudden simple forms I was taking for granted were not that simple. Deciding not to quit, I finally installed an Apache web server on my PC and started coding server side scripts for PHP, a free, community driven scripting language.

These days I am still discovering new ways to redefine what we can call a "Web interface". I got better dough, being able to read databases and implement new technologies like AJAX, just to add "something else" to my websites. I am following Web standards (like the w3c.org standards) and even have my own design and programming standards.
